2012 Pick'em Rules

K&S Flagship Pick'em 2012

 

We will do weekly winners again this season. We also have cut out 3rd place overall prize in order to make it more competitive. Here is how things go for 2012.

 

PRIZES

 

1) Weekly Prize – $10 prize for the player with the top score each week during the regular season.

    Tie breaker - player whose top score the previous week until the tie is broken. If no tie breaker can be applied (e.g. Week 1) then a random drawing will chose the winner.

 

 

2) Grand Prize – awarded at the end of the season based on the total points from the entire season minus each players lowest scoring week. (see rule 4 below).

  

****All prize money is subject to increase/decrease depending on the amount of players****

  

   1^st Place – $130 ~ $200

The 1^st Place Prize will be given all money remaining after other prizes are paid.

If we have 8 players then the payout will be around $90.00
If we have 10 players then the payout will be around $150.00

Payment amount will be determined based on the amount of paid participants. 

E.g. the more players the more money first place wins, so start recruiting.

2^nd Place - $60.00

 

 

RULES

 

1)      All players will pay dues of $40.00 before being eligible for any prize.

2)      All picks and scoring will be completed through Yahoo Pick'em: group KS PigSkin Pick'em 2012.

3)      We will pick every game of the season and the playoffs.

4)      The lowest weekly score for each player will be dropped towards the counting for the yearly totals.

5)      All other matters decided by the executive board.
