Week 16 Rewind

With Christmas Day behind us and New Year's Day less than 24 hours away means the NFL regular season is coming to a close.  Week 16 was very close and didn't offer any big changes in the K&S standings.  Let's review...

Player of the Week - Covert Perry for taking home the week leading 11 points.  Overall, Perry is in 3rd place but with 1 point more than Craptastic and Seattle no SuperBowl Hopes SeaHawks in Week 16, he is within striking distance of taking home the gold.

Pick of the Week - Nothing exciting on this front.  I guess if you were one of the 3 players to pick Houston over Miami (there were three) or Pitts beating Baltimore (another three), then you can consider yourself a winner for Pick of the Week...blah blah blah

Loser of the Week - This should really turn into losers of the year now.  Anyway, if you aren't in the top 4 then you are the loser.  I'll take it and slap it on my forehead.  At least I won the Fantasy Football Challenge.

Tip for Winning at Life - Have you ever wondered how we accumulated so much stuff.  You never seem to notice it until you begin packing up for a move.  It is amazing how much stuff you can cram into a 2 bedroom apartment.  I can tell you it takes a 16' truck to move it all.  Everytime I go to move or help people move, the more and more afraid I get.  Afraid, you ask?  Yes, Afraid.  I'm afraid I'm turning into a hoarder.  Those individuals that do not throw anything away, that keeps everything for some reason.

As you go into 2010, make it a point to go through some of your suff.  Get rid of some, donate it, sell it...something.  I can't tell you how much of Nicole's stuff I tossed.  She hasn't noticed it yet...

Happy New Year!
