Week 9 Rewind

So I got a theory, really, I have a lot of theories but you guys won't stick around long enough to read them so here's one: I believe that stupid people don't have to work as hard in life as people of regular intelligence.

I mean think about all the stupid people you know…do you expect much of anything out of them? No, of course you don't that would make you stupid. Think about that stupid person at work, the one that no one asks to do anything to help out because they all know that they will simply make matters worse.

I want us all to stop giving stupid people all the breaks. Stop passing them over for assignments, stop letting them get away with horrific driving on the roads, stop electing them to congress so that they don't have to work a real job. It's time for the unwarranted and undeserved advancement of stupid people to stop. Call me what you want but I am tired of giving benefits to stupid people and it's high time to put a stop to it.

This week was a real test for the pundits, with most of the leagues worst teams on a bye (Buffalo, Cleveland, Oakland and St. Louis all had bye weeks) there were few assured victories to be counted on.

Player of the Week – Speaking of stupid people getting all the breaks in life, The Juggernaut and 4th Street tied this week for the weekly winner. So since these guys have had such an easy life so far I say they have to split the Player of the Week prize. This week we crown the Juggernaunt: playeroft and we crown 4th Street: heweek. There you go boys, try juggling half a crown on your head from the next seven days. No so easy is it?

Pick of the Week – Another couple of guys who people have been taking it easy their entire lives will split this honor. Matt and Matt each picked the Titans to go to the left coast (that neither one of them could locate on a map) and beat the 49ers. I find it difficult to give this prize to these two guys considering that neither Matt could tell us why San Francisco is named the 49ers. But they got it right so here, have your cake and eat it too.

Loser of the Week – Ultimately, I am the loser again this week. I know Stapleton didn't pick but half the games again, like I said you cut breaks for certain people. Also, I know that my little sister didn't care enough to make picks at all again, but you can't help everybody. So here I am, stuck holding the bag, my reputation is going down the drain in a clockwise motion (because we are in the northern hemisphere) and I am still writing this blog week after week after week even though no one reads it. Here I am working harder so that the other people around me don't have to, the real loser.

Tips for Winning...At Life- Be careful what you hear,

When you people grow up and have off-spring of your own you'll need to remember this. You want to be sure that you teach your children the names of your spouse and their grandparents and aunts and uncles before you start teaching them the names of your favorite sports anchors or sideline reporters. Just take my word for it that if your wife walks into the room and your teaching your child how to say Erin Andrews or Hannah Storm before they have ever even said "mommy" then it's going to be a long weekend for you.

As Always, I love you guys.

Chairman,
The left coast would be that place that had a former beauty queen who cant decide where she stands morally. No to gay marriage, yes to sex-tapes??? Weird...but that is Kalliefornia...just north of Argentina.

Speaking of, the '49er's are named such because of the gold rush back in 1849. Sight of the first American gold rush you ask? No, it wasnt (though most would have you think it was). The great town of Dahlonega, GA is tops on that list. It was also the home of a US Mint for a short period of time.

Speaking of offspring; those gentlemen contemplating the idea of having a kid (or another kid) should pick up the book "What to expect when you wife is expanding". Kristofer, it will be in your hands within a week or two.

Well...back to pickin' my teams for next week. It is much harder than it looks staying in first.
