Week 3 Rewind

Have any of you heard about this guy from a radio show living on the roof of a Charlotte building until the Panthers win a game?

It looks like a long journey for this poor soul. Check it out here  The Panthers are on a bye this week and this guy could be in for a long cold winter.

I guess living on a roof would be about like being a modern day cave man.

This week there were some of you who looked like Brett Favre throwing a laser beam strike 60 yards into the end-zone for a game winning touchdown. Then there were some of you who looked like the Redskins lateraling their way out of bounds and out of time.

Pick of the week = This is the first time anyone has picked the Lions this year and they came through. So, the Lions when picked through 3 weeks of the season give a 100% return.  Good O Boy has the intestinal fortitude that the rest of us only wished we had. I thought about it, Pres K, thought about it, all the talking faces on TV were saying it...but only Good O Boy had the foundation needed to put his money where his mouth is and click the button next to Detroit. Well done sir, well done..

Player of the Week = It is clear that Seahawk is dominating this competition so far but I want to look a little closer at the standings. Looking down the list I see Stapleton battling hard and being respectfully in 2nd place. See, that's what K&S offers, redemption. I am aware that Stapleton has finished last or virtually last for about 15 years in a row. But with the K&S Football Tourney you don't have to be what you have always been, you can change. Hope and Change, that's K&S Ent. So, here's to you Stapleton, this may be the only chance I get to crown you player of the week, live large my friend.

Loser of the Week = Everyone Else. We are all getting crushed by Seahawk. What's the deal? We know this guy isn't smarter than us, right? We know he isn't better looking? So then, what does he have that we don't? Why can't we get it going? The truth is that the rest of us all have to step it up or this thing could be over very, very quickly. So here's my battle cry to motivate and to inspire....You're all losers, so let's step it up and make Seahawk be a loser like the rest of us.

Tips for Winning    -   At Life   - Pick Your Place

Great battles in time's past have always been known by their location. Normandy, Pearl Harbor, Gettysburg and others could be listed. So, in your relationships you need to always remember that time present will soon be time past and history is often remembered by one key phrase or word.

- For instance, you don't want your first anniversary with your spouse to be forever known as "The Ironing Board Fight".

So remember each time you stand for something that history does not flatter. If you're standing on the septic tank when you make your great stand history will be sure to point out the stink around you. So, pick your place that you want to be remembered by and make that your battle ground.

Boys and girls, another week down-another week ahead: these are the days of our lives.

As Always I love you guys.

The Chairman
