Week 10 Rewind

Sunday evening I was pumped. Then last night Arizona’s goal-line stand gave the Cardinals a win, I was flying high. I finally had a great week. I was elated and singing “What a Wonderful World”. I knew that I had an outstanding weekend with picks and just knew I finally was going to make up some ground. Well, this morning I came into the office bought a wedding ring and then decided to check the K&S Football Tourney stats, and much to my surprise nearly the entire group had an outstanding week. My eleven points was only average, and I shared that score with five of you knuckle heads. And…And four of you block heads had to out-do me with 12 points. Do you hear the air leaking from my Mickey Mouse balloon??? Do you? (pssssssssssssstttt)

Week 10 was the highest scoring week this season. As I already mentioned the high score was 12 and the low score was 8. There was hardly any movement on the leaders end of the bracket. Overall, The Chairman holds the top rank with 96 points. In second place is Longhorns with 93 followed by Perry’s 92 points. Superbowl bound Seahawks and Chief Red Beard round at the top five with 91 and 90.

The pick of the week has to go to those of us who picked the visiting Indy Colts to upset the Pittsburgh Steelers - The Chairman, Stapleton and me. The upset pick of the week that did not pan out was I’d rather be fishin’ picking Chicago over Tennessee. Who will venture out and go with Jacksonville next weekend to beat the perfect Titans?

Seven weeks remain and it is not too late to make a move. I'm thinking about a trip to Runaway Bay, anybody interested?
