Week 6 Preview

What's Up you Sub-Prime Mortgages!

<>Week 6 is staring you in the face and just called your mother names. What are you going to do?

This is the kind of week where you make or break. You put up or shut up. You fall further behind the leader or you gain ground. You people have to take a stand.

Last week our brave fearless leader (The Chairman) faltered a little bit due to illness and out of date Sudafed. So now what do you do? Do you wait for him to catch his balance and square his feet, or do you charge ahead and get in the fight?

I know what kind of person The Chairman is, he's going to fight. This week will show if there are any other fighters in the field.

<>Guarantees of the Week
Alright another perfect guarantee week last week. Now we are 6-2 for the season. Here's a couple more for this week.  <>

First – It is harder to lose all your games than to win them all. We know this from the regular season last year. So far we have four teams looking to be the worst in NFL history, Houston, Detroit, Cincinnati and St. Louis each are on pace to go 0 – 16. But you can mark it down that one of these teams will break the ice and get win number 1 this week.

Second – The Cowboys – Cardinals game will have more passing touchdowns than Miami, Baltimore, New England, and St. Louis combined. <>

<>Game(s) of the Week
This week there are two games you need to watch in order to know what's going on in the league.

Tampa @ Carolina - If you care about the NFC South then you have to watch the Panthers hosting the Bucs. The winner of this game is likely to win the division. Gruden has also created a QB controversy going into this game, Griese and Garcia both see this as their last chance to be a starter and neither one is above whining to the media about being treated fairly. On the other side of the ball you have a Panther team that is looking for some breathing room as Tampa is their only serious challenger in this division. If the Panthers win this game they are a virtual lock for the playoffs.

<>

Patriots @ Chargers – These two teams played for a ticket to the Super Bowl last year and in the last two weeks they have each lost to the Dolphins. You can see that things are a lot different than they were back in January. If the Chargers are going to even think about playing in the playoffs then this is a must win game. The Chargers were supposed to run away with their division but it looks like they are just going to get run over. The Patriots are bouncing around between hopeless and hopeful. If the Patriots can get it together enough to win a second straight game on the left coast then they should be able to keep up with the overrated Bills in the AFC East.

<>Watch these two games because the loser of each game will probably be watching the playoffs from their living rooms.

<>Personal Advise (Tips for Winning at Life)
For those of you who don't know, cough syrup will lose some of its medicine qualities after a certain amount of time. In fact, if you have cough syrup that you have kept packed away in boxes or crates and moved it from house to house and from state to state then just throw it away. Most likely it will be nothing more than a fermented cherry flavored alcohol.

So, if you're looking for liquor then old cough syrup may just work out for you but if you want something that will help you breathe better and will stop your uncontrollable coughing fits then go buy new medicine.

<>

As always, I love you guys.

The Chairman
